Founded in 2011, Vande Consulting; Engineering Innovative Solutions started as a small oil and gas consulting firm with a focus on stimulation designs, workovers, and waterflood improvements; including safety and efficiency. Seeing a need for Environmental solutions, our team began the development of problem-solving solutions and environmental sustainability.
Vande's multi-disciplinary expertise in business, technology, and problem-solving, combined with her commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and innovative solutions, positions her as a highly valuable contributor to major projects.
Vande has successfully designed, and managed, multi-million dollar oil and gas development projects over the last 30 years. She engineered and supervised critical sour operations in environmentally sensitive areas, developed multiple new technologies, and optimized underperforming wells as part of her experience portfolio.
Her project challenges were both technical and conceptual, resulting in a number of patented and published unique solutions, which minimize risk and maximize profits.
Vande grew up in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and graduated with a Petroleum Engineering Degree from #1 Rated Marietta College. Her work experience has taken her around the world, with major successful projects in Canada, the United States, Colombia, and Malaysia.
Relevant contracts include well optimizations, de-risked refrac designs, workovers, injection well improvements, and soil remediation.
Vande embraced the responsibility of contributing to our next generation by teaching Engineering Fundamentals and Finance at OVU. Vande is multi-disciplined; with experience and wisdom from business activities, engineering, environmental, and innovative problem solving, she possesses a unique set of capabilities which add value while creating a positive, collaborative environment.
Her interactive philosophy originated more than 3 decades ago, when looking for effective solutions…not just temporary fixes.
Hundreds of successful operations involving the most difficult production and stimulation issues have been completed with Vande designs and direction.
Safety is held as a core value; always striving to have zero incidents and minimal environmental impact, while providing reliable, cost effective contributions.

Michael Stanford brings over 20 years of hands-on agricultural experience to Vande Consulting, where he plays a key role in ensuring RemediMaker solutions are designed specifically for real-world farm conditions across North America.
Growing up on a farm, Michael developed an early, practical understanding of soil behavior, water management, and the challenges farmers face season after season. That foundation shaped a career focused on applied agriculture, not theory — with decisions driven by yield, efficiency, and long-term land performance.
Michael has managed large-scale commercial farming operations, including five years overseeing a major farm, where he successfully improved soil performance, optimized inputs, and delivered record profits through disciplined management and agronomic insight. His experience extends to controlled-environment agriculture, having also managed a cannabis production facility where precision soil and water chemistry were critical to consistent, high-value yields.
At Vande Consulting, Michael applies this deep operational background to RemediMaker’s agricultural formulations, ensuring they are:
