Vande has successfully designed, and managed, multi-million dollar oil and gas development projects over the last 25+ years. She engineered and supervised critical sour operations in environmentally sensitive areas, developed multiple new technologies, and optimized underperforming wells as part of her experience portfolio.
Her project challenges were both technical and conceptual, resulting in a number of patented and published unique solutions, which minimize risk and maximize profits.
Vande grew up in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and graduated with a Petroleum Engineering Degree from #1 Rated Marietta College. Her work experience has taken her around the world, with major successful projects in Canada, the United States, and Malaysia.
Relevant contracts include well optimizations, de-risked refrack designs, workovers, injection well improvements, and soil remediation.
Vande embraced the responsibility of contributing to our next generation by teaching Engineering Fundamentals and Finance at OVU. Vande is multi-disciplined; with experience and wisdom from business activities, engineering, and innovative problem solving, she possesses a unique set of capabilities which add value while creating a positive, collaborative environment.
Her interactive philosophy originated more than 2 decades ago, when Operators were looking for solutions…not just temporary fixes.
